Peter is an ICF Certified Business and Executive Coach, having worked with and coached well over a thousand clients globally over the last 13 years. In his coaching and advising, Peter uses his real-world success and experience and is passionate about helping executives and business owners develop their leadership, time mastery, team building with a focus on employee engagement, strategic planning and financial growth.

After University, Peter’s career has spanned serving in the Canadian Armed Forces where he led NATO troops. Upon leaving the military Peter worked corporately as a Business Area Manager responsible for the running and ensuring the growth for $220 million of a corporation’s business. In another corporation Peter drove massive growth of a business unit by over 400% in 3 years.

Peter brings over 50 years of real-world leadership experience coupled with over 30 years of business experience to his global clients. His most prized values are integrity and honesty, so he doesn’t tell his clients what they want to hear, but instead what they need to hear. Peter also is the creator of Xceptional Productivity an elective course as part of the Entrepreneurship Certificate program offered by Northwestern Polytechnic. Additionally, Peter is a contributing author to an Amazon international best-selling book and has four e-books.

Peter currently owns a bookkeeping business and works as a Business and Executive Coach. Beyond business Peter appreciates being involved in his community through volunteering, enjoying a great book, cycling and connecting with people.
